Terms & Requirements

Distribution Customer Requirements

• Have a current resale certificate.
• Have a physical store location (also called a brick & mortar),
• Desire to order in larger bulk and can meet higher minimum quantities.
• 1st order minimum $5,000
• All orders made after the 1st initial order have a minimum of $250.00 per order.
• Be willing to hold for longer lead times. (between 3-6 months for some products)

Terms & Credit

• All orders are non-refundable. Please order with this in mind.
• All orders require a 20% down payment before the order is initiated.
• Orders with a balance need to be paid monthly. Equal payments are divided into 6-month payments. 
• Lead times may vary; we will do our best to keep to the lead times on the product page.
• Orders may ship incomplete as items arrive, and others are still inbound.
• 1st order minimum is $5,000. All orders after will be $250.00.
• We offer company credit to those that are willing to pay their monthly payments on time. Fill out the credit application
